We offer guest accommodation in the self-contained annex wing of the house with private breakfast room & sitting area downstairs. There are two ensuite rooms in total as shown below. Facilities include: en-suite bathroom, TV, wireless internet, hair dryer, tea & coffee available 24/7 in the breakfast room, plus off-street parking.

Booking condition
Please note that £10 deposit per room per night is required to confirm a booking, which is refundable only if we have 48 hours notice prior to the date of arrival, or in the unlikely event that we have to cancel the booking for any reason.
Deposits & payments
Deposits and balance payments can be made via paypal or major bank cards. Balance payments can also be paid in cash on check-
Check-in & out
Unless agreed by prior agreement, guests are requested to arrive after 2pm, and vacate the rooms by 10:30am.
Please let us know your estimated time of arrival and departure when you book.

Rates
Single occupancy is £60. Double/Twin is £75 per room.
Rates include full English Breakfast, plus a choice of cereals, yoghurt and fresh fruit. Daily housekeeping is included in the rates and onsite staff daily.
